Banya & Spa - The Heart of the Retreat Center

The bath and wellness space is the heart of our retreat center, a place of deep restoration and renewal.
Here body, breath and consciousness come together to integrate the experiences of the practices, let go of tension and arrive at a state of stillness.

The bathing space is located on the bank of a mountain river, surrounded by a laurel forest and old olive trees. It is a living place of power where water, fire, wood and air meet in the natural rhythm of nature.

Structure of the bath complex:
The bathing space combines several zones, each of which creates a special state and level of immersion:

• The wood-fired bathhouse is a center of warmth, purification and ritual bathing ceremonies;
• Wood-fired bath vat - relaxing under the open sky, breathing in the aroma of herbs and forest;
• Mountain river and waterfalls for bathing and contrasting treatments;
• Ice font and contrast treatment area right in the mountain river;
• The healing herb hayloft is a place of restoration, aromatic rest and deep relaxation;
• Anti-gravity bath swing - lightness and resetting of the body after warming up;
• Terrace over the river and secret terrace for secluded ceremonies or meditation;
• The bonfire area is a space of living fire where bath rituals are completed and quiet conversations under the stars take place.

Both group programs and individual bathing treatments and practices by the center's professional parmaster are available for all retreat groups (special conditions and prices for retreat groups).
This allows participants to more deeply integrate the experience of the practices, restore energy and experience a state of inner wholeness.

Banya & Spa is not just a bath. It is a way of returning to oneself, where every element of nature becomes part of the process of purification, restoration and inner balance.
